ScriptHookV?

Hola, I haven't played the game in a while so I want to ask this before I start it up again so I don't get banned.
Do I still need ScriptHookV.dll to use a mod menu and if yes, can someone send me a link to that one?

Scripthook is detected, you will be insta banned if you use it. If you find an offline version then you can mod offline BUT if you use the online Scripthook you will get banned even for offline.

No point. ScriptHook modding is detected. You can get away with doing it in SP only. As soon as you go online with ScriptHookV.dll in your directory, you will be banned.
