How do I get lvl 4?

Level 4 is 10k posts, and there is no special section.
Other tags supercede it though; ie Donator and staff replace Level 4.
I had it before I donated.

The donor tag puts you in a group of Donor, like a member group I believe. So in a sense the Donor tag takes the place of the member level group.
