You should change your psu for something that is made by more known brand like corsair,thermaltake or smth.I wouldn't risk running R9 390 with that psu...

why do you have 2 motherboards on the list?
I would try to get a 990fx instead of 970 due to better stability if you want to overclock, the other reason is if you ever want to get the 9590 as an upgrade only the 990fx motherboards can run it.
