Ive tried this created the bat file and placed it with the other files and it keeps giving me a "could not find or load main class" error is there somethin Im doing wrong???

in the .bat file you have it written as "java Cheat"? Make sure it is next to the Cheat.class in order for it to work as it uses the batch files directory to execute the code.
