is it possible that I downloaded way too many mods?

no when i start combat arms it says out of memory and the ending banner pops out

open up task manager and go to the performance tab, and watch what it does when u start combat arms, then come back here and post what it does

It's not out of hard drive pace, you're out of RAM
Open Task Manager and delete all processes you don't need
Then open up Notepad and type MYSTRING=(80000000) and save as a .vbe

Did you have a mod for every single weapon and map ? Because that will overload you game because mods are usually have a bit more KB's to them ... The only logical reason is to re-install Ca and try to keep the internet bill down a bit more
