I can't tell how much has been done as I haven't seen the original cut.
I can however tell you that:

The edge blending between the layers is a bit shoddy and needs to be smoothed, and/or pentooled better.
The depth is sorta fucked, and it's difficult to tell where the render begins and the background ends.
Too many lights and flares as well, which divert attention from the main subject (the girl).

Dunno what you updated but I still like the first version.

I fixed the luminosity, more shadows were added to render your eyes back on the focal, opacity of some layers were changed, a flare was removed, some random objects that I did not see right away were removed thanks to @IV2B, idk maybe some more as well, can't quite remember.
