So I shutdown all my shit with skype on it, and when I go to a skype resolver to resolve myself it gives me my vpn even though I have skype closed everywhere smh

Most of the Skype resolving websites log the last known/resolved IP for the account name, so it's probably giving you the latest one that it saved.

However try this command by typing it in the chat " /remotelogout " so it sign off all other devices connected to Skype then try again a different resolver.
