Reputation stuck

I have received some reputation from users but it's still stuck on 13. I have waited some days and it still doesn't increase can you take a look at it?

its not stuck , you just need someone with high rep / donator i guess to rep you . someone's who have rep points.

You must receive reputation from someone that has a Higher Reputation level then you and he must also have Reputation Power.
Look at the rep's you got and see if the bars are green or grey.

Grey = No rep power
Green = Rep power

I've repped someone who has had more rep than me and it still took effect.

You can give reputation from someone lower reputation than you. :P

Anyone with around 10-15ish reps i dont believe you get any reputation for them giving you reputation, above that(or if they're donator) you recieve some reputation.

If it appears gray that means it's still there, but it won't be seen next to your name.
