Because monogatari makes the majority of it's money through blu-ray. Although yeah, TV ratings are a thing too i guess.

Err I don't recall what we'll be seeing tomorrow, whether it was TV ratings or last seasons BD sales. Either way, I already know Overlord was #1 as per stated by Madhouse.
