but after i blocked him he added me again with another profile so i used Google and then i saw his Profile and the Profile of the other Person that added me....

Please report the user here and include a screenshot of the user's Skype profile, profile link and screenshots of the whole conversation (and any other additional proof that you guys may have against him). Once you both have done so, a Marketplace Moderator/Official Middleman such as @Hugo Boss will look into you both's scam reports and if what you guys said turns out to be true/valid, then the user in question will be permanently banned.
