The sooner you report this, the better.
If you take too long, they might make a case of, "Why did you wait so long to report this?"
Although you can say you were afraid or what not, it is just better to report it asap, and get any witnesses that have seen similar behavior from this individual.

First of all. Lets think about this from a logical point of view.

You've been touched in a "sensitive" area by a man whom you do not know at school. I'm going to say that you obviously didn't like that and now you're thinking about what to do.

The first thing you should always do is tell a person at your school like the principal/teacher/guard in private if you don't feel comfortable discussing this in public that there's a man who goes around the school sexually harassing people and you've been a victim of it. You leave it to the staff of the school because for sure they'll do something about it if they're aren't lazy or just flat-out retarded.

What comes next? Make sure that if you see that person again, you make a break for it and run while calling the fucking police. Best way to make sure something doesn't happen to you is that you always walk in a crowded area. Confrontation works but only if you have enough courage to do it and you have enough "skill" to deal with this person physically if worse comes to worse.

Sexual harassment is sexual harassment it doesn't matter how old you are or if you're a man/woman.
