You can't send BattlEye client messages with scripts AFAIK. Even if the server Rcon password or BEC had been compromised the messages would still show as [BattlEye Admin:] not client.

I'm not surprised BI is doing this sort of thing. Since it says right on their website:

Bohemia has been known to send DMCA take down requests against Arma 2/DayZ Mod server websites that host donation shops. My guess is someone sent an email to them reporting this specific server, so they took action. There are a ton of Arma 2 and DayZ Mod servers still getting away with monetization probably just because no one has reported them to Bohemia yet. I'll be glad if they start cracking down on more pay2win servers with measures like this.
