PING ONLY "1"

Can anyone tell me how the hell all high ranking player in AVA having only "1" ping while playing.. while im merely having 40-60 ping.. someone said they use a program.. please i need to know what the program n how to use it.. since its really annoying when the player with low ping always hit first and our bullet was lagging coz of the ping.. plzz anyone.. :'(

You don't need to use a program it's just their internet is better than yours and the one you are complaining that their bullet hit first maybe they have a good computer so probably they have 100-200 fps so they have better gameplay than yours and btw you post this thread in a wrong section.

It isn't related to thier internet being better. The difference is that they live near the server, possibly in the same country.
AVA is all about advantages. Better computer helps, better mouse, better screen with more Hz (there are screens with 144Hz). Or... Having cheats (Duh!)

I did ask my clanmate bout the ping turning into "1" and yurp he said they use program for that.. coz he used it too and he exactly showed to me in game.. before he use the program.. he had 45-50 ping.. and then he afk in game coz he was turned on the program and then after 3 mnutes or so.. bang the ping turning exactly to "1"!!! and its impossible they live near to server.. i did ask them where they are from and yet they also live far from the server.. i did ask my clanmate to give me the program for the ping.. but they said cant give it randomly worried GM might notice it of too much user having such ping.. and its really stupid reason for me.. so yeahhh.. anyone have their opinion of what program n how?? sorry for my poor English used.. and also forgot to mention the clanmate that i was talking bout were living in the same country as me.. and the server country was our neighbor country.. peace^^
