Subbies, depends on where you are from.
If they 'mod' their car really badly and add fake vents, slam their car so badly it scrapes or add stupid rims and shitty home made poor quality after market parts, then you call them ricers. Ricers just basically think they are cool but really embarrasse theirselfs
