If you call someone a scammer without adequate proof it will be deleted.
If you call post any comments that may hurt the seller's rep/sales that will be deleted.

First time is a warning, second time is an infraction.

3. Upload proof of the ENTIRE Skype conversation + payment proof + skype profile picture

4. Wait for OMM to reply

5. Message me to close and mark the scammer's thread as scammer!
