0xE019100C Error?

I haven't played AVA in almost 6 months, and I came back to play and when I ran ava through NWZ Launcher after i downloaded it I got this https://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=11hq...8#.VhmHRnpVhBc error. I already cc cleaner i did the TMAC v6 change ur mac address and i deleted my logs.. what is weird is when i run it through steam it goes through for like 3 min then i get the error.Your PC has been used illegal programs (Hacking Tools) as we checked. Therefore, you are not able to play this game.0xE019100C..Anyone that could help that would mean alot. Thank you in advance.

First try to remove akamai netsesion interface from ur computer
After that if that didn't work try to clean the Register with CCLEANER
If that doesn't work reinstall ava.
