Get rid of OMARz he is never on. Minions should have muting power. Staff amount is about right, maybe 1 or 2 more moderators. It's gunna be funny watching all the choobs vote more staff and new minions because they want to be staff...

I feel we need the following:

1 minion for AVA Hacks
1 minion for CA Hacks
A minion of WR to be promoted to Mod.
1 Gmod

Keep the powers the same.
