so a guy sent me money via paypal.
I told him to do it via family and friends.
How do i tell that he paid it via family and friends so he can't refund and not via business

Well if it arrived instantly and it doesn't ask for package tracking information, it was probably sent via friends/family or as a donation. If it's asking for tracking then it's a payment for goods or services.

Yes he can still create an unauthorized claim and get it reversed, but that would have to happen within 24 hours of the payment or he'd have to make it look like someone was on his account who shouldn't of been. Otherwise PayPal won't side with him.

Did the money have any tax? If not then it was F&F
