I take no issue in paying people for a service, assuming they can provide the service in a reasonable and fair amount of time. I guess you forget that as a seller in a service, you are just as much obligated to perform the service as promised as the buyer is to pay you. You guaranteed a 75% win rate with me, you couldn't even maintain a 50% win rate. Don't make a promise you cannot keep, which is probably one of the main reasons you are disliked by the users you service for.
