A question about ''scamming''

I got an PS4 account for free
Everything good.
Today the account i got, got banned
And MY PS4 got banned too, because i had that account as primary PS4
So
What should i do now?

If the ban wasn't induced by you, I would totally file a scam report. Explain your case and see what the seller has to say about it. Banning the seller wouldn't equate to the damages you suffered imo, but it is still a start.

Your PS4 got banned? Contact Sony and tell them that your little brother messing with the PS4 or simply tell that you won the account and the owner messed up.

OT: I think that he is responsible, hard to decide on this.

The seller is going to tell you to get bent tbh. If he knew it was soon to be banned then there is a high chance of him not replying to you.
So make a scam report on MPGH and contact Sony and tell them the account wasn't yours, it was a friends.

Console bans because of an account ban is a stupid idea though, Sony should reconsider that idea.

You could also contact their support and tell that your PS4 has issues with turning on or something and get a new one. If you want to lower your risk actually break something.

I've never had a PS4 I don't really know how it works, But good luck

Find an issue online that Sony will 100% replace your PS4. Tell them you have that issue, and then mail the PS4 to them and hope for one in return.
If you don't do something along those lines I guarantee you will not get your PS4 unbanned.
The account you bought was stolen or hacked most likely leaving Sony a reason to ban your PS4. If you say you won it, they'll say don't participate in any contests unless held by Sony Corporation.

To get it unbanned you would need to completely replace most of the CPU, aswell as ConsoleID man. :P
