Limited Paypal - Help

I was in the process of making a paypal the other day, and by the time I even made it it was automatically limited..

I want to make another one, but I am afraid of it being limited and nothing I can do...

any help?

It's gonna always be limited until you attach a bank account and a credit card onto it. (You have to fully complete your acc, phone number, email, bank acc, credit/debit card)

But, I thought you would be aware of such process when you make a PayPal... Also there no account which is upgraded without all the information, its impossible unless you remove said Debit/Credit card, bank account and so forth, but then it would become limited again...

I am aware that they want you to add your bank and credit/debt cards and shit.

but a while ago, i had a paypal account and it never had my bank or cards on it. same with my brothers. He made an account like a long, long time ago.

when he was like 15 or so, and he went without adding his bank nor his cards for like 2-3 years!

I do not have a bank nor credit cards. is there any other website similar to paypal? @Wyo @Cynical ? i heard there was a website where you sign up and they send you a card just for you and shit. i don't recall what it was called...

I made a new account to start using it but didn't attach anything to it, no card or bank.
I still received and sent funds
