BANNED FROM CA

My son was trying out some of the "info" he received here at MPGH on my computer and managed to get both his and my CA accounts banned or "Dishonorably Discharged".

While I have filed a ticket with Nexon I grew tired of waiting and attempted to sign up for a new account and it isn't allowing me to create a new account. It does allow me to create a new account on another computer in the house but that machine is far to slow to play CA.

Does anyone know how to fix this since I am sure it isn't an IP type of ban?

Your help is greatly appreciated!

PS I already removed the hacks and reinstalled CA

It won't allow me to log in on the fast computer.

What does it say? Your temporarily suspended? What is the error that comes up.

No it shows a ban and on the CA Website it shows dishonarable discharge stamped across my characters pic

What was your son doing exactly?

He says he tried out a few different hacks ... chamming, moonwalking, speed hacking and he says that's it.

Did he only use them on his account? and what message comes up after you log in/ Have you tried logging in?

Yes he only used them on his account and the message reads...


"Your account is in violation of the Terms of Use and is hereby suspended from use. If you believe this to be in error or would like to appeal your ban, please contact Customer Support."

I'm not sure if this is an IP ban or temp ban, but my friend recieved this. All accounts he tried on that computer responded with the same message. He didn't try it on another computer because he didn't have one. (With ca on it)

It should be lifted within a few days

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure that you will get unbanned. Judging by the way your unsure about this, its your first time? The first time should have very low consequences, so expect a unban in a few days, good luck.

CA has no proof that there is indeed a father and son. Anyone who's been banned has thought of the "oh it wasn't me" excuse. I doubt they'll be returned to you. You can always try to submit a ticket but it probably won't work.

Eww, don't bother with logging a ticket. Nexon takes months to reply, maybe not even get to it. I logged one in 2006, and till this day it is unanswered.

1 of my accounts has the IGN of: ROUGHS3X

It was suspended for 30 days for 2 reasons. 1. It was an inappropriate game name and 2. they suspected me of being staff on MPGH which I was. However they had no proof so after 30 days they released it. I have not changed the name to this day and refuse to. Fuck them.

Well I hope to get a reply and resolution but it would be nice to be able to play in the meantime. Is it possible that they placed a cookie or something similar on this computer?
