This is why I just plainly smurf a lot. I usually just play like a complete fucking silver so atleast even when I fail I wont be REALLY hindering my team. Silver/Gold Nova is one of those places where you can make a subtle mistake and loose a 1v3 clutch and most of the time your team mates will be like "It's alright man! Good try!". Well. Atleast that's what I get from my team mates usually.

I get that "Good tries" too when I play but at the times they just go crazy and start to flame at everyone, like the match before where I gave myself a ban, the teammate of mines called me and the bottom guy noobs because we didn't have kills, and he insulted everyone till we muted he's flaming ass.
