Read what the first page says.
1. Install AutoHotkey
2. Extract the download that has two script files to your desktop in a NEW folder (I called mine BF4)
3. Run Battlefield 4 and wait until you're in-game.
4. Make sure you're Borderless or Windowed (Windows 10 doesn't like Borderless, it'll crash the game)
5. Go to your Desktop using Windows button or ALT+TAB
6. Select the folder where you extracted the scripts.
7. Double-click "Read Memory X.0.ahk"
8. Click Battlefield 4 again to go back into the game.
9. In-game, press 0 on your numpad. (If a menu doesn't appear in the top-right, press NUMLK and try again)
10. Select your options on the menu that appears and enjoy.
If you crash, it's because you are maxing our your CPU. Remember that Battlefield 4 uses all 4 cores (if a quad core). I run at 100% CPU usage in-game. In order for me not to crash, I have to close out EVERYTHING! This means Chrome, Skype, TeamSpeak, Discord, etc. The only thing that I have running is Battlefield 4 and AutoHotkey (and obviously Windows services).
Enjoy.
