Anti-Kick?

So the most annoying thing ever while playing CA is getting kicked by my own team! First of all if your in a game and a with fellow hacker vote no... Now I'm wondering is there anything out to prevent this? If so please redirect me. Or Post some ideas.

I dislike it cause people who abuse the hacks and make it not even fun for the small hackers like me.

all i do is cham and no spread/recoil, when ppl are using opk or telekill it makes it not fun
