    Exclamation Working out

I'm 16 years old and I weigh about 126, probably less than that maybe 118, I haven't been to the doctor in a while but I gained a good bit of weight over last summer break. I'm looking for some good suggestions of working out. I mostly aim for cardio and upper body strength hit me up with ideas and more details regarding your claim.

Download P90X from a warez site and get ripped as fuckk. Plyometrics (idk if that's the correct name) are a fucking heavy cardio shit, you will prob not be able to finish it the first tries.

If you are trying to gain weight then fuck cardio.
    Try doing lifting splits like:

    Day 1: Arms
    Day 2: Chest
    Day 3: Back
    Day 4: Shoulders
    Day 5: Legs
    Day 6: Arms or Chest
    Day 7: Off day.

And randomize those, I normally take 1.5-2 hours each day with my lifting partner and I have gained over 25 pounds in 6 months of doing this.
You have to be prepared to work hard though and not give up after any injuries. Some youtubers to watch are CT Fletcher, Rich Piana, Elliot Hulse, Bradley Martin , and many more. I like doing a lot of research which I would recommend for you to do as well. Logging your nutritional intake is also pretty important for weight gain.

Finally, would you mind telling us your height?

If you want to do cardio/leg just do HIIT on stairs for 30minutes (alternating levels of 17 and 12).
Assuming you're 16years old, 126 pounds, and average height (~5'8) I suggest you focus on bulking up (for the winter) and then cutting (for the summer)
Your workout is dependent all on you.
    I'd suggest:
    Day 1: Chest and Triceps
    Day 2: Cardio and Abs
    Day 3: Rest
    Day 4: Traps and Shoulders
    Day 5: Back and Bi
    Day 6: Cardio and Abs
    Day 7: Rest

Depending on how hard you go you might/might not need a rest day (you should optimally go hard enough to need a rest day).
If you start to get used to the workout change it up as it just shows your muscles are getting more efficient at that motion therefore not burning as much calories or working out enough which results in less progress.

    Upper body strength:

Dips (look em up if you don't know what they are)
Benchpress (work at like 75% of your max, have somebody spot for you and get a good set in, don't always work max because that's not good for you, work at a good weight that you can handle but isn't easy, then when it becomes easy work up to your previous max and repeat)
Pull-ups (Buy a pull-up bar that you can stick to your wall or find one at a gym)
Cleans (again, look up if you don't know how to do them)

Can provide more if you want.
