Received this email today, and the account has a £1600 order on it so I'm needing it re-opened so that I may use a refunder to refund the item, does anyone have any good ideas on how I should do this? Usually, I can open them pretty easily but never had this type of email before saying that it's due to them being linked. Willing to pay for anyone to help or send me a template email to send to them from my email.
