Just use a second PC for this sort if stuff and to access gmail. Skype etc and they should not be able to get your passwords.

You probaly have a Trojaner like from DarkComet or so, and the Stub get Crypted with a really good Private Crypter, so no one Antivirus will find your Virus.
Backup your files you need, and then completely reinstall Windows.
