Obviously a strong opinion. I hate old school rap BUT without old school rap there wouldn't be any new school artists. The cool thing is, people caught in the middle chose the new school style.
Kanye got his start in 2003, and he's changed A LOT since then.
Jay Z got his start well before that and he's changed more than fucking Kanye.
I look at it from an artist's perspective instead of just a consumer. New school rap (depending on the artists) requires more skill and time.
Fetty, Young Thug and fucking Rich Homie Quan are new school rappers but they're a waste of time.
