    Can i gift the games in my friend's steam account to mine like if he has " Mortal kombat x " and i want to send it to my account is it possible ?

    You can't give an already redeemed Steam gift buddy, the code would NOT work.

    You can enable Steam "Game-Sharing" though, but that would involve you having to log-into your friends computer and authorizing it.
