Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe u messed up ur +jump off.

The ones I posted are the ones I have been using for months and they have always worked perfectly. If you have more offsets, why dont you contribute yourself, hm?
The thing is im not sure, since i cant get none of them to work atm xD, thats why i asked :P But i got basically the same offsets as you. This is what i got:
