Need help with RezInject

When i use RezInject to inject my modded dtx file is says: Unhandled exception has occured in your application. if you click continue, the application will ignore this arror and attempt to continue. if u click quit, the application will close immediatly

Object reference not set to instance of an object.

Wow uum either one of two things

You are trying to inject the .rez into the ..dtx or you have alot of .dtx your trying to inject remember you browser the.rez you want to inject the .dtx into looks like your trying to inject the .rez into the .dtx

fixed that up but now i get not found when i add the dtx to inject into the rez

this is the error im talking about
i edited Chars_T_Body right and i changed the texture of Boss_Head to red
k then i try to inject my edited Boss_head back into Chars_T_Head right then i get this fail:

[Luke6.5]

It is a .tga shouldn't it be re-converted to .dtx before injected?

my files are .dtx but it still sais file not found???? extremely confused help plz!
