Help!! I Forgot My Accounts password!!

Hello,
I Had a MPGH Account called "prolife200", and yes i knew the password but i didnt store it anywhere.. Because of viruses n shit i had to Re-Install my PC For No-Lag And Less viruses, so i forgot the password!! I tried all my old passwords but it seems like, i dont remember it!!
Also, MPGH Recommended a gmail Email so it would be easier or something so i putted my old email which i cant "Acces"..
Please any admin contact me on my email : (CANT POST HERE, STUPID LINK BLOCK)
I will not put my private Information Here!!
And now this is so fucking annoying that i cant even post my own email because it says that i cant post "Links".
