    IS this worth it?

My buddy is selling his gaming pc he built, he is going to college and has no use for it anymore, and is selling it. He is asking $750 on craigslist I think but he offered to me $600/650 and I've got a good i7 laptop, I just have been wanting a desktop for better performance, and this black friday at my local bestbuy there is a BenQ monitor sale... SO I figured I might get his pc and the monitor

It is only about 6 months old and it is in stellar condition, I've looked at it and it has suffered no abuse whatsoever and it is clean as fuck. So yeah is this worth $650?

    Specs:
i7 950 Quad (with hyper threading its an 8 core) Clocks at 3.03Ghz
Cooled with Corsair H60 Sealed water cooling System. Set up in a push /pull for max cooling and helps with noise (plus almost no maintenance ) ]
Gigabyte Board GA-X58A-UDR3 (see picture for ports)
12GBs of DRR3 RAM in Triple Channel.
120 SSD (houses OS) and 1T HDD (storage for games, music, videos etc).
    DVD/CD drive
    650Watt PSU
Radeon 6870 GPU (can play GTA-V no issues on High Graphics) Has DVI x2, HDMI x2 and Display ports x2 (Supports up to 4 monitors)
Runs Windows 8.1 Home Pre; with Product Key
    ~~
So let me know, I need to buy fast before he sells it.

    650$, yes.
I bought last year in november a pc for 1300€ with top specs and built it by myself.
Still playing all new games on Ultra, works fine, but next year I will buy some new parts.
