and there is a way to buy only nuketown or a way to have it?

You can go to G2A and get a Black Ops 3 CD key w/ the Nuk3Town map for about $36.

Otherwise, I can't help you with the season pass, as there is no CD key for it, so just buy it on Steam on Black Ops 3's store page.

Nuketown is a GAME exclusive, therefore you can only get it when pre-ordering Black Ops 3, or buying it from GAME... which is anoying asf. However, if you do want to get it you can buy codes on ebay, but they do go for quite alot of money $15 - $20, which is a bit to much for just a map.
