    What do these terms mean?

I hear tons of hacks going around mentioning "packets" and "K-Relay". I may sound like a noob, but what are these terms and how can I use them?

K Relay is a proxy for Realm.

    The fuck is a proxy?
A proxy is something that sits inbetween your client and Realm's servers and manipulate what they say to eachother. This allows for a wider and richer amount of mods.

So I can spawn in fri itens?
No. Stuff like that still falls in the server's tasks and neither the client or the proxy can really do much.

Aw. Still, what are those packets?
Client and server don't talk to each other in plain words like I'm doing. They use what in computer networking are called packets: each of these packet means something, like PLAYERHIT or USEPORTAL. Kabam periodically (read: most times when they release an update) changes packets IDs ("numbers"), and K Relay needs them to be up to date to be working, else making the server not "understand" what it is saying and promptly disconnect the client.
