I do not have any available account right now so I can't fix the issue, unless someone is welling to donate one

What are the chances of me getting banned after using VSAT for only 1 hour? I didn't use it again after I got bored lol but I'm worried about getting banned. ALSO, if I get banned would it also ban me from zombies mode? Please answer.

The chances are actually kinda high, but it's lower then playing constantly. Yes, you will be banned in both Multiplayer and Zombies permanently. But in my opinion that only happens if someone caughts you cheating. I think people have been TAC most of the time so just don't look too suspicious when hacking.

i downloaded it and extracted to a folder with nothing else in it and double clicked it. waited about 5 minutes, nothing happened.

then i ran it as an administrator but again, nothing happened.

Multiplayer are hosted by Treyarch Sever, so there is no force host for it, but you can be host in Custom game

Yeah it's a weird Mpgh problem, try deleting the file and try a different browser then reload Mpgh page then hit download, it happened to me before. If it still continues, try disabling your ad block, if that does't work try disabling your antivirus at your own risk. If any of these doesn't work, delete your temp files from roaming/local/temp, this will delete temp files on your programs and your browser, and clear your download history. Keep in mind temp files doesn't delete main files/programs, it only delete files that can be generated.
