    eBay terms

    So i held a raffle on eBay which is against there "terms of service". Should i feel bad? i put in the description Winners will be SELECTED. Now that i thought of this i do but i dont.

    You know ebay has a reputation system right? I've bought tons of shit from dozens of people on ebay and got every package. one seller even let me keep an item + refunded when I told him it was damaged during shipping just to keep his rating up.

    Your right but the problem is that people abuse that system and still scam with a higher rep. Its total ridicules and even if you have a high rep if a buyer with no rep says you scam them in ebays mind you scammed them and there is very little to prove you didnt
