That's a very low budget, and I'm not sure what resolution you game on but with those AMD parts, you won't be getting 30fps on 4k, if you game at 1080p i THINK you will be okay, with a playable FPS. Not sure if you can get 60fps with skyrim, and if you have any texture mods, yea that's going to impact it a lot. If you want to, you could save up some more and try to get a cheap i5 and maybe a 970? Best of luck!

https://gya zo. com /466c baeff3ff2984721275e760169e7b It costs ~$376 You will be able to play 1080P most games like BF4. If you upgrade later with an r7 250(x) and/or another harddrive, you will be set for mid settings gaming. The SSD is for fast browsing and game load times. Watch this vid for some benchmarks: https://www .youtube .com/ watch?v=sWans5FU4cU. And I'm sure it'll be more than enough to handle CS:GO and Skyrim. The SSD will be usefull escpecially with the Skyrim loading time. Hope it's usefull!
