Yeah you just need to be fast, maybe make some keybinds. Just injure yourself and search all unknown initial value and then look for a value decrease when your health falls and look for increase when it rises.

Yeah normal cheat engine will get you banned, but if you make your own or find one that is undetected by VAC you will be safe even online.

Simply not true as long as you use a custom cheat engine or one that is Undetected by VAC.
