PaySafeCard problems /w Scellow

I tried to buy notifier from @IziLife today.
Well, he tried to use it but then the PIN got blocked. Fuck this shit for real.
Now i dont have a notifier or the paysafecard
Can the PIN be unblocked
Should i use PaySafeCard for future transactions with @IziLife ?

Yes it can be unblocked. Paysafe locks pins when they appear outside of the country where they were purchased. He has to contact paysafe support, they will ask him for the receipt of the psc to prove it's his own and he did not steal it. You make a nice photo of it, give it to him, he sends it to the support, and they unlock it. boom... for further psc transactions.. it does not worth the effort.. I would chose paypal instead..
