MM means middleman. That is usually a trusted admin here who takes your payment and holds it until the order is complete. Then he gives the money to the seller. You also have to pay the MM a fee for doing it.

The last keurig guy was awesome, but he quit and took a lot of people's money. Fortunately, I wasn't one of them. He only charged $35. These things resale between $50-80 so don't plan on making any real money selling it after.
