You would find that it wouldn't have an effect in multiplayer. Damage has and always will be handled by the server.

No! This is a .dat modification, changing only the value of spread and recoil for your weapon, as C# modification on dll's (i think).
But no, it's not detectable and you wont be vac-banned.

It also seems that your hack changes the XP values. Everything costs half as much XP now which I enjoy. It would also be nice if you could tell us how we can update it.
