Second, this is the Combat Arms General Section, he is allowed to speak his own mind.

Three, posting a problem from Nexon allows users to get together and discuss, hints: forum, it does give him a solution, it is allowing him to share his experience with other people and allows them to comment back.

I was playing on my legit account today getting killed by all of the gay vip hackers. I took a breck and when i come back they banned me for hacking.

Ok, I'm not sure how valid this is, but I heard that they actually can't ip ban people... like its a legal issue for them to ip ban.

They can IP ban you for any reasons if you break their contract (Terms and Agreements).
