None have earned it yet. It's either they rap then switch to hiphop/R&B or they rap and it isn't good.

well whoever said tupac i think you should read the thing that says best rappers alive although tupac is one of my favorites alive would have to be in my opinion spm and tech n9ne and i have a couple of reasons 1. because theyre still rapping and not doing that hip hop rnb and autotune bullshit and that crap about girls being independent 2. their lyrics r sick and 3. cuz thay are badass and have a s-load of good songs if u want me to pm u the names of my favorites just ask
