Amazon Account CLOSED. Help/Advice Needed

So my brother decided to do a refund etc, and as a result of this both of our amazon accounts were closed.

He received the email from CIS saying his account was directly linked to another account that did not follow
the terms and conditions etc etc and in result they closed his account, the other account being mine they closed it without an email to me.

I wanted to stop using the refunding services anyway, but is there anyway that I can
once again shop from amazon legit?

Call and open up an appeal and explain the situation.

Wait a few weeks, get a new debit card, and open a new amazon account. When you get black listed which you will just send them an email saying you just moved in and that you don't know why you got black listed.
