If you want, you can try out Skyrim/Oblivion. ENB mods pretty much make them look hyper-realistic and you can download face mods to replace the ugly vanilla faces with hyper-realistic ones. (can link mods to you if you wish)

So here's my recommendations

Far Cry (Any, 2-4 are awesome) Side note, Origins looks dope as fuck
Fallout 4 - It's fallout... Nuff said
Smite - Twist from the traditional moba with some interesting gameplay
StarWars battlefront (The Original) - Fun as fuck, Lots of hours of gameplay
Subnautica - Fun, unique underwater open world survival game
Paladins - New FPS MOBA, fun to play with loads of friends
Starbound - this games terrible don't play it.
Not a PC game but, If you want a fun game that kills time, - Any Legend of Zelda game... (-Hirule Warriors)
You can find an emulator for some of the gameboy ones, like Minish cap. Really solid, happy games
Gonna get hate for this one, but Animal Crossing is relaxing and a way to pass time.
And play with virtual friends cause we don't have any real ones

Honestly man, there are shit don of games around to choose from + people here are suggesting plenty enough + Fallout was never about Multiplayer and never will be, because that game wasn't meant for that, someone will probably make a mod for that but yeah..
