People who say that iOS is easier to customize (visual only) never touched Android device.
For the people who said "free apps and shit" ...lel you remove your warranty for this? In Android you keep your warranty (because you don't need to root for free shit).

I use to root my phones but the reason i did it was to flash a custom rom. You can do already so much on Android there is no point in rooting it... As for iPhone my last iPhone was a iPhone 5, and i had it jailbroken just to theme the fuck out of it and that's all. If your into tweaks and shit do it.

Yes, you can do a lot more with Jailbreaking than you can with Rooting. Rooting just essentially gives you admin privileges on your device so you can get ad blockers or custom ROMs.

You are dead wrong. Only ad blockers? Please, name one thing that a jail-broken IPhone can do that a rooted Android can't (and none of the Apple-only ideals, like the accessing the Apple Store).

I've been jailbreaking iPhones since ios 5 back when my friends thought I was a wizard hacker because of the things I could do. Jailbreaking isn't what it was, I wouldn't call it a must-have on every iPhone but it's still great and gives you more control over your device. You'll end up finding tweaks you later can't live without.

You have more possibilities with jailbreaking, rooting as many have said just gives you sudo / admin privileges. Also, i wouldn't buy a iPhone just to see how it is jailbroken, get a iPod and tinker with that, its much cheaper.
