Difference between pub and VIP hack

Could someone tell me why VIP hacks are undetected and pub hacks are detected?

Public hacks have much much people. The Game Publisher can download, analyze and patch the hack without problems.

The VIP hacks costs. The Game Publisher cant get the hack easy. And thats, ehy lives VIP hack longer

its like this VIP hacks not many people have so it doesnt get used alot so the game staff cannot find people hacking with the VIP easly, but a Public hack alot alot alot of people use and its really obvious and easy for the game staff to catch it and edit the settings for that hack to get blocked. thats basically it
