Hi guys, i want to upgrade some parts of my computer which i've bought 3-4 years ago. I'd like some advices from you guys on how can i upgrade my system, i don't have a big budget, and i don't have to change all the parts, maybe just GPU if thats gonna be enough, my main goal is to play Fallout 4 in around 40-50 FPS. Thanks for all the advices in advance, have a nice day!
GPU: GeForce GTX 650
CPU: Intel Pentium G3220 @ 3.00GHz
Memory: 8.00 GB RAM
Storage: 1TB HDD

GTX 970 for a new GPU. If you have ANY money at all left over upgrade that CPU to a i5 or i7. Best of luck. GPU is #1 Priority though.

My total budget is around 200-350$, Dollar is currently on the rise in Turkey, so thats all i can do :/
I searched the one you adviced, it comes for around 480$ that is past me :/ But i can afford either one of these;
-MSI GTX960 GAMING GDDR5 2GB 128Bit Nvidia GeForce DX12 = 227$
-MSI GTX950 GAMING 2G GDDR5 2GB 128Bit Nvidia GeForce DX12 = 197$

upgrade the cpu to a AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor
and the gpu to a MSI GeForce GTX 960 4GB Video Card
all together it is $313
I'm thinking on going and buying from local stores, i can get it for 240$ currently. I think GTX960 is my priority. Thanks for the advice
It makes up to 350$ here, but i'll give it a try. There might be a way to expand my budget but its not clear if im gonna expand it or not yet Thanks for the advice!

GTX 950 is nice card for extream low budget, and you need really to change the CPU (maybe i5) .

just make sure you don't bottleneck
get an SSD if you have any left over, i think they are cheap on newegg right now
Well unless I am mistaken, the Intel Pentium G3220 is only a dual core CPU. Therefore I would have to recommend upgrading that before anything else. The problem with CPU upgrades however is that unless you can find one that uses the same socket as your current CPU you will have to change out your motherboard as well.
What motherboard do you currently have?
Also just having an early look over things I'd say to got with:
CPU: i5 4460 @ $179
GPU: Sapphire R7 370 @ $170

Intel Pentium G3220 @ 3.00GHz
Haswell 22nm Technology
RAM
8,00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz (9-9-9-24)
Motherboard
Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. H81M-S2PV (SOCKET 0)
Graphics

Intel HD Graphics (Gigabyte)
2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 (ZOTAC International)

I'm trying to expand my budget to 350$. And i'm also trying to check local stores for the prices, That CPU is about 220$ here... :/ (Taxes included) But i'm thinking on buying from Amazon or Ebay. That might be cheaper.
